Ercole Piemonte DOC Rosato hails from the Monferrato area in Piedmont, Italy, a region renowned for its rolling hills and calcareous-sandy soils. This rosato is a blend of 65% Barbera and 35% Dolcetto grapes, both indigenous to the area. Grapes are harvested in mid-September and undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve their fresh fruit characteristics.
