YoYo La Negra is produced in Banyuls-sur-Mer, nestled between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean in Roussillon. The vineyards on steep slopes of black schist soil comprise 85-year-old vines co-planted with Grenache Noir, Gris, Blanc, and Carignan. The vines are organically farmed, and all work is done by hand or with the help of a mule. The wine undergoes carbonic maceration for 10 days with indigenous yeasts, allowing the fruit to shine. This natural wine has no added sulfur, highlighting the unique terroir and preserving its purity​.
La Negra offers flavors of wild strawberries and pomegranate, underpinned by an intense minerality and a hint of tropical guava. Its refreshing acidity and earthy undertones give it an elegant, vibrant finish​.
